Friends laughing after a night run outside Perfect Plain Brewing Co.

Started in 2026

It began with a simple text thread between five friends at Perfect Plain Brewing Co. We weren't elite athletes; we were just people looking for a way to sweat off the stress of the week and share a pint without the pretense.

The philosophy was radical in its simplicity: "A social club disguised as a run." We realized that while the miles built our lungs, the conversations after the finish line built our resilience.

Pensacola's Original Run & Brew

Better Together

Our foundation is built on three unbreakable pillars that guide every stride we take.

Movement

Physical resilience is the gateway to mental strength. We run to prove to ourselves that we can do hard things, one mile at a time.

Social

Genuine connection in an isolated world. No one runs alone, and no one drinks alone. Your pace is our pace.

Impact

We turn miles into momentum for mental health. Advocacy isn't just a word; it's the engine of our club.

Conversation over a beer is just as healing as a three-mile run.

Miles for Mental Health

Pace & Pints was born from the realization that movement and community are the two strongest antidotes to the mental health crisis. Through our Pints for Purpose initiative, a portion of every pint sold at our partner bars during run nights goes directly to local Pensacola charities.

A Note from the Founder

I started Pace & Pints because I needed it. After years of running with crews back home in New Albany, Ohio — just outside Columbus — I wanted that same energy here in Pensacola. This is a city that loves to celebrate, but sometimes the celebration can feel lonely if you don't have a crew. I wanted to build a place where the barrier to entry was just a pair of sneakers and a willingness to be yourself.

We aren't just a running club. We are a safety net. We are the 'how was your week' over a cold pilsner. We are the 'you can finish this mile' when things get uphill. This space is yours.
