New to the Club?
Everything you need to know before your first mile.
01. What's the pace?
All paces are welcome! We have dedicated pace leads ranging from a 7:00/mi sprint to a social 12:00/mi walk/run. Our mission is "Zero runners left behind."
02. How much does it cost?
Pace & Pints is 100% free to join. We believe fitness and community should be accessible to everyone in Pensacola.
03. What should I bring?
Just yourself, your shoes, and a spirit for community. We provide hydration at the start/finish, and our brewery partners often have secure storage for small bags.
04. Where do I park?
Parking varies by brewery. Downtown venues like Perfect Plain have street and garage parking nearby — arrive 10 minutes early to find a spot.
05. Are dogs and strollers welcome?
Yes on most routes. Check the weekly schedule for venue-specific notes. Dogs should be leashed; strollers work best on Saturday Coffee Miles.
06. How do I RSVP?
RSVP on the homepage or this schedule page. Walk-ins are always welcome — RSVPs help us plan hydration and pace leads.
07. Tuesday vs. Saturday?
Tuesday is a 3-mile social brewery run at 6:00 PM with post-run DJ and discounts. Saturday Coffee Miles at 8:00 AM offer longer route options ending at local coffee shops.
Run Safety
Group runs are social — but your safety still comes first.
- Run against traffic when on roads without sidewalks and obey all traffic signals.
- Wear reflective gear for evening brewery runs; headlamps encouraged on dim routes.
- Stay hydrated, know your limits, and tell a pace lead if you need to peel off early.
- Dogs must be leashed; strollers welcome on Saturday Coffee Miles when routes allow.
- Post-run drinks are optional — never feel pressure to stay if you need to head home.
Participation Waiver
By joining any Pace & Pints run, you acknowledge that running and walking involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own health and safety. Pace & Pints is a free community group — not a professional coaching service. Questions? Contact us.
